2025 Reunion Georgetown, Tennessee

The 2025 Reunion will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Georgetown, KY on July 18 - 20. Our last reunion in this area was in 1973 at Lexington, KY. This is horse county. The hotel  is near the intersection of I-75 and ST 62. The hotel is within two miles for shopping and restaurants. It's eight miles to the Kentucky Horse Park and Alltech Horse Arena.  Breakfast and dinner are served daily in the restaurant, with lunch options available from our Pavilion Pantry.

Reservations:

To make reservations you may either use the phone number or the pre-setup booking link. You may make reservations from July 15 - 22 with our group rate. The room rate for our block is:

  $159.00 from July 15 - July 22 (Reunion 18 - 20)

Room taxes per night are 10.24%. Our block release date is July 3, 2025. Our block room choices are Standard Double Queen and Single King. We only blocked a very few rooms before and after the reunion.  The hotel may be able to provide additional room types and availability. For this you will need to contact the hotel directly. Reservations can be canceled 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one room night. The  hotel is pet friendly. Please make reservations as soon as possible.
